The property is an Art Nouveau style villa, dating back to 1917 that has been totally and tastefully renovated while maintaining its original charm and elegance. Surrounded by a nice garden, the villa is protected by the Fine Arts Department and its architecture and the quality of the 19th century majolica windows is studied by art students.
