PRESENTATION AND LOCATION

Charming and welcoming apartment of about 50 sq.m, situated on the second floor of a Venetian palace, not far from the famous church “Chiesa della Salute”. The apartment, completely restored and very bright, consists of a bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. The bathroom has greenish tiles on the walls and on the floor and it is equipped with washbasin, WC, shower box and washing machine with drying function. The kitchen on the other hand is equipped with sink, refrigerator with freezer, four gas hobs, micro wave oven, kitchen shelves and a table with four chairs. In the living room you find two armchairs, a sofa which can be transformed into a large single bed, a writing desk with chair, a piece of furniture with TV on it, another with a lamp on it, and a cupboard. The bedroom is furnished in antique style and is composed by two chests of drawers mirrors, a double bed (which can be transformed into twin beds for two persons), a bedside table with a lamp, two small armchairs and a small tapestry on the wall behind the bed.
